Who is Aunt Mary?

My Mom & Dad!

My Mother Pauline Michaelis kept a calendar on the kitchen wall to track our monthly periods. Pauline would write Aunt Mary for both of our menstrual cycle start and end dates.

Due to our Catholic faith, she used the Calendar method for her birth control.

I was mortified when my brother’s friends would see the calendar and say your Aunt Mary visits a lot!

My Mother also loved Bloody Mary’s. In tribute to her, along came Aunt Mary Mobile Bar!

I was born and raised in Indianapolis in a big Catholic family. I wanted to start a business to leave a legacy to my daughters and nieces in memory of their Grandmother Pauline Michaelis.
